Do you offer Personal Training?
Yes we do! We have members who run their own Personal Training sessions - please get in contact for prices.
Do you have any offers?
Yes we do! If you buy a day pass and you decide to sign up to a months membership on the SAME day we'll refund the day pass. Thats £7.50 off!

You must buy a monthly membership, 6 month or a year
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! You can bring a friend, we offer day passes, just scan the QR code on the home page to sign up today. Or come and speak to our friendly staff.
What facilities do you have available?
We have everything you could need:
* We have an amazing posing room - to track all your progress.
* Massage room - Book an appointment anytime.
* Shower and toliet facilities
* A wide range of supplements from the SUPS SHOP!
